Just Joy Bridging Organization is a child protection organization registered as a private voluntary non-profit making organization with the Ministry of Public Service, Labour, and Social Welfare, PV02/2005.The Organization is based in Mbare which is the first urban settlement in Harare and one of the oldest and highly populated high- density areas in Zimbabwe.

JJBO was formed in 2003 as an outreach program by Evelyn Tawana, the founder and director, who had been touched by the effects of HIV and AIDS related illnesses and deaths to children and families. The increase in the number of people on Home Based Care because of HIV AIDS exposed lots of families to economic hardships since most of the bread winners were eliminated. leading to an increase of numbers in widows and orphans. This then warranted to some kind of action to assist which gave birth to JJBO.

The organizational mission is to contribute to the survival and development of all children without discrimination. It has a database of more than 500 orphans and vulnerable children it assists in its various programs including psychosocial support home-based care nutritional support and basic education and other relief programs.
