Campaign Story

The Western Cape Forum for Intellectual Disability (WCFID) is a Cape Town-based support network that offers resources, training, and advocacy for the intellectual disability sector. The WCFID also represents special care centers that house marginalized learners. 

The WCFID is an umbrella body that offers advocacy, training, and networking. The WCFID has been involved in a case that concerned the rights of severely and profoundly intellectually disabled children in the Western Cape.
