Campaign Story

The Zimbabwe Catholic Bishops Conference (ZCBC) serves as the official assembly of the Catholic bishops in Zimbabwe. Its primary responsibilities include:

Providing spiritual leadership and pastoral care to Catholics across Zimbabwe through the guidance of the bishops and clergy.
Advocating for social justice, peace, and human rights based on Catholic social teachings and values.
Engaging in dialogue and collaboration with government authorities, other religious organizations, civil society groups, and international partners on issues of common concern.
Promoting education, healthcare, and social welfare initiatives through Catholic institutions such as schools, hospitals, orphanages, and social service programs.
Supporting community development projects, charitable works, and initiatives to address poverty, inequality, and other societal challenges in line with Catholic principles of solidarity and service.
