Campaign Story

The Zimbabwe Council of Churches (ZCC) serves as a unifying body for Christian churches and denominations in Zimbabwe. Its primary responsibilities include:

Promoting Christian unity, dialogue, and cooperation among member churches and denominations to foster a common vision and mission in serving society.
Providing spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and guidance to member churches and their congregations across Zimbabwe.
Advocating for peace, justice, reconciliation, and human rights based on Christian values and principles, and engaging in efforts to address social, political, and economic challenges in the country.
Participating in interfaith dialogue and collaboration with other religious organizations, civil society groups, government authorities, and international partners on issues of common concern, including peacebuilding, social welfare, and community development.
Supporting initiatives related to education, healthcare, humanitarian aid, and community empowerment through member churches and affiliated organizations.
