ZACRO plays a role in fostering collaboration, communication, and cooperation among different churches and religious organizations in Zimbabwe. Its activities may include:
Facilitating interfaith dialogue, cooperation, and unity among member churches and religious groups to promote mutual understanding, respect, and harmony.
Advocating for religious freedom, tolerance, and the protection of religious rights and beliefs within the Zimbabwean context.
Engaging in social and community development initiatives such as humanitarian aid, charitable work, and outreach programs to address the needs of vulnerable populations and promote social justice.
Providing platforms for religious leaders and communities to address common challenges, share resources, and work together on shared goals and initiatives.
